A 4-year-old boy was shot while getting a back-to-school haircut in Philadelphia.Witnesses told police a man walked into a barbershop in the city’s Olney neighborhood on Sunday and got into a heated argument with somebody in the back.Shortly after, at least three shots were fired. The child was hit in the shoulder.People who saw the incident said the violence needs to end.”Young people need to find a different way to emotionally handle themselves besides pulling out a gun and harming small children, because they’re always caught in the crossfire,” Jawana Milton said.The boy is said to be in stable condition.
